Decoration Committee: first row, left to right: M. Pyle, M. Pyle, M. Jones, N. Harrison, M. Farrell, P. Oden, S. Wilson, l. Carger, S. Roberts. Second row: J. Hallquist, S. Gibson, U. Champers, N. Montgomery, J. Cotkin, R. Crow, D. Sleyko, T. Canizales. Third row: A. Schoen, S. Moses, C. Harding, S. Petoskey, P. Coleman, P. Prochut, and T. O'Neil. By participating on any one of the seven committees here pictured, the girls of Los Altos High School set standards for others to follow. For example, Scholarship and Welfare raised money and food baskets for the needy families of our community. And while it may not be known to most students, visitors have commented very favorably on our pleasing and sensible dress habits. Well, the accolades for this one should go to Cam- pus Dress, for it is they who have set up the rules which have worked out so favorably for all. Social and Ways and Means planned the many events we so much enioyed, while it was Publicity that informed us about them. Of course these events would be dull indeed were it not for Decoration which so ably managed theme and other necessary frills. Remember the Christmas Dance and the Girls' League Formal? Decorations took care of those too. Though the halls were decora- ted to the rafters, it would count for little were it not for the goodies served up by that lovable Refreshment Committee. What say you, three cheers for the very social seven!
