5 I This double tercet of track captains beats out a rhythm unlike that of any poem we know, but it surely looks good to us lq.v. belowl. The captains, by the way, are Glen Oden, Jim Evanson, Tom Sandoval, Bob Geiger, Mike Pesch I OO ke, and Jim Reynolds. This is The rhythmic illustration we had reference to. We were indeed fortunate in catching this foursome in the very real act of putting their skills to the test. While Steve Noyes appears to hold a slight lead, we see in him signs of great- est stress.
