On a blustery day in January, 1929, fortyfeight awefstricken Fresh' men left Irving and matriculated at Lorain High. To them, school life was but a kaleidoscopic whirl of study, the monotony being broken only by the Fall Festival in which L'Frosh could take part. The next spring, these thin, plebian ranks were refenforced by the arrival of one hundred fiftyfnine Sophomores from the other three junior Highs. During the remaining two years, the '33 A's tightened their hold on the reigns of school activities. The extent of their participation was proved by the fact that out of the one hundred twentyfseven '33 A's, thirtyffour received a total of sixtyffive lettersg eighteen were inducted into the N. H.
