Senate HE forty-eight senators from each of the home rooms. the class presidents. and the student body ot! ficers, headed by Jim Miner enjoyed a very successful year. The representatives were kept busy by attending monthly Northern Conference Student Council meetings. Arden Colette was elected vice president for the ensuing year. Other Senate projects incluudedputting the student activity ticket into effect. rewriting the consti- tution. sponsoring socials. and initiating a home room demerit system for auto violations. This year's annual homecoming was one of the finest programs ever put on by this group. Trojan Day was the highlight of the year for the governing officers and completed an outstanding calendar of events. The faculty advisor was Mr. Christensen.
