Reeves, Graham, B. Smith,O. Smith, Davis, Gulko RALLY COMMITTEE SECOND SEMESTER Stirring up enthusiasm and pep is the job of the Rally Committee. Before a football game or at any time when rooters must be on hand the Rally Committee gets busy. Each sport in season sends its repre- sentative to co-operate with the permanent members of this committee, which consists of the Representative of Athletics, and coaches and the Yell-King. Ar the first of the semester Ed Beebe was chairman, but upon his resignation Al Davis was appointed to fill the post. The Represen- tative of Athletics is chairman of the Rally Committee. Its members were: Ed Beebe, Al Davis, Coaches Oak Smith and Bert Smith, George Reeves, Yell-King, Howard Graham, baseball, Bill Gullco, track, Bob White, golf, Bud Boynton, wrestling, and Gil Chaffee, tennis. 13 l J- B '. Under the new arrangement effected by the Cabinet in December, the Rally Committee became a separ- ate body with the representative of athletics as chairman. Other ex- officio members of the Committee are the yell kings and the manager and coach of the sport in season. The personnel of the Rally Com- mittee for the first semester was: Hugh Linnell, chairmang Harold Saueressig, George Reeves, Jack Huber, and Coach Bert Smith. 12
