Tri-V-Lambdo Chi, the Latin Club, has for its motto Veni, Vidi, Vici, which means when translated I came, I saw, I conquered. Membership in the club is restricted to only those students who are taking Latin and have a B average in the subiect. The latter restriction was passed for the first time this year. Spon- sored by Mrs. Ruby Ghiz, the Latin Club attempts to foster increased interest in the classics and Fellowship among Latin students. In addition to the usual club activities such as morning devotion and radio programs, they held a Christmas party in December patterned after the Roman festival, Soturnalia and also spon- sored the Sweetheartsl Ball .
