- Student librarians look over the books magazines and check the file cards LIBRARY An Important factor in the advance ofcivuluzation is the storing of knowledge The library at Logan High School is doing its part in thus, for at the beginning of the second semester It contained 6 622 books and new ones were being added every day These books deal with every imaginable sublect from mysteries to television. Books aren't the only keepers of knowledge For the library receives 32 magazines every month. These magazines are carefully filed in the periodical room for the students who are writing themes and reports to use. Most magazines have been kept for only ten years but quite a few go back to 1900. In addition to Miss Bland, nineteen students are kept busy with the books, papers, magazines, and encyclopedias. E 5 Several members of the library staff, including Miss Bland, Adkins, R, Hicks, S, Hicks, McNeely, Ragan, and Stone, are putting the material in the periodical room in order.
