Robert Hart ling. Matt Tilghman 3rd. row Jeff Bruns, Rod Wilkins, Tony Frerichs, Mark Deal, Steve Barnhart. Earl Pace. 4th. row- Darin Franklin, Leland Adamson, Dean Soucie, Cory Michelman. and Toby Brown. The Panthers started off their season ready to work and fight. They had one of the toughest front lines around, which was a real key this year. The team had their hopes of being in the playoffs and possibly winning State! But the Panthers ended their season with a record of 6-3, and the title of Summit Conference Champs. Their dreams of the playoffs remained dreams for another year due to the unfinished paperwork by Lyman, who didn’t compete this season, which caused the team to not have enough qualifying games. There were five Seniors on the team: Leland Adamson, Cory Michelman, Earl Pace, Dean Soucie, and Rod Wilkins, who stepped forward and commanded great leadership which helped the team when they were behind. Dean and Leland were chosen as All-Conference, while Tony, Steve, Jeff, and Rod were picked as Honorable mention. Leyton lost Potter win Lyman For Dix win Chappell lost Big Springs win Wheatland win Harrisburg win St. Pats lost Steve- Ah, com’on guys, HANDS OFF! Let me run this ball- just this once. O.K.? 12
