Yes. the kid with the basketball is a girl. She wants to win. She runs hard, tries hard because she has a job to do. She's part of the team. She doesn't have to stay after school and run and run. but she wants to. She doesn't have to fight so hard. After all girls are supposed to sit back and let a man’' do the job. But she still plays. She's used to the ribbing she gets from the guys. It’s expected. But why does she play? Because after the game there’s that good feeling of being part of something.
