The days were laced with fun and games Along with my growing up; I've developed a personality I've had to measure up; Not only on tests and with teachers -I had to make it with my peers. And now that struggle is over, I feel like shedding tears. I'm going to miss my classmates And the teachers! constant calls I'm going to miss the notes and such We passed along the halls. With the diploma comes a sad thought: My adolescent years are gone -Now I must face reality.

We the Senior Class of 1977 dedicate our annual to Mr. Franklin. We do so because Mr. Franklin has stood by us at all times. He has not only stood by us but he has also proved to be an inspiration to us through his constructive criticism and by telling us we had done a good job when deserved. He has brought out many of our good points and tried to rid us of our bad. He is a person we could always count on and was always ready and willing to be of assistance. I would like to close by giving him a very special thanks on behalf of the Senior Class for all the confidence he has had in us and for the many ways in which he has helped us as individuals. This is just a small token of our appreciation and gratitude for everything you have done as our class sponsor and music instructor but for your friendship as well.
