For these reasons we dedicate this annual to you Because you were a teacher who was always kind. Because of all the little things that you would do. Because of the times when we went wrong, but you said you didn't mind. Because you gave us help when you knew we needed some. Because of the way you love our class, though we are but few. Because you were one to whom we could come when we had a problem and were feeling blue. Because you make your room a pleasant place. It was somewhere to go when we needed to. So as we leave this school to start at a new pace, we want to say thank you for the way you helped us through.

PAMNE UXXSEPOLB HI LOOGEPOLE, NEBRASKA FOREWORD Where has time flown? It's funny, I can still remember my first day of Kindergarten. 1 really thought 1 was a privileged character, walking to school alone, armed with new saddle oxfords and crayons. And now my SENIOR year is over. 1 can't believe IT !!! All year I've had senioritis, counting the weeks, days, and finally hours until the last day. But now that it's here. I have an empty feeling to think that so many HAPPY-S AD experiences are behind me. It has really made me think, and I've realized that all through these growing years. I've had to be an individual. If I wanted to achieve, I had to explore and challenge and be willing to become involved. And isn'tthiswhatlife'sall about? Maybe that's why I'm excited even though I'm sentimental. Sure, it awes me to think that from now on I'm on my own, but I'm not afraid to plunge into life! Maybe it's because I've learned how to live . . .
