LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF THE CLASS OF 1971 We, the Seniors of '71', in sound mind and body, do make this our last will and testament. Cheryl Bartling wills her naturally curly hair to Delmar Soucie to improve his looks and some of her bad habits to Mike Behrends so he can get a little spice out of life. Ellen Behrends wills her naturally blonde hair to anyone who can afford the peroxide bill. Betty Bruns wills her '60' Ford and her fantastic driving ability to Rodney Malpert in hopes that he won’t roll any more cars. Dan Dailey wills his full beard to Mr. Floro so he won't go broke buying razor blades, and to Miss Frantz, he wills his chickens so she will have an excuse to be near Jim. Harold Darling wills his ability to go straight home after school to Mark Jones so he can stay out of trouble in college. Marilyn Dykman wills her weak ankles to Betty Frerichs because she doesn't need them anymore. Scott Fraass wills his Chevy pickup to Tom Bales so he won’t have to install overloads in his car and also he wills Tom his mechanical ability so he can afford the present. Barbara From wills her squeaky voice to Donald Soucie so Coreen can have a change of pace and she wills her horse to Scott Rufenacht because it has a lifetime transmission. Larry Glassburn wills his black hood scoupe to Bob Frerichs in order to add a little class to his Cadillac, and his brass stool plunger to Roy so he can keep those stools ivory clean. Last, but not least, he wills his over weight body to Bill Miller's Barber Shop. Sharon Houser wills her height to Tina so she won't have the problem with Richie she had in the past, and her ability to get stuck in the meadows to Betty Frerichs for reasons only John will know, and also her vitality and infectious smile to Janet so she won't look like a totem pole while she's cheerleading. Mark Jones wills his '67' Fury Brown Nugget to Greg Rufenacht and Steve Bruns so they won't get caught for speeding and his terrific sense of humor, sparkling personality, good looks, and masculine physique to anyone who wants it because it didn't do a thing for him. Stan Kreider wills his ability to throw a screen pass to Gary Trump so he knows what it's like to sit down a lot, and he wills his ability to stay out of trouble to anyone whom it won't help.

Nick Kripal wills his tenor voice to Mike Behrends so he can talk without his voice cracking. Bob Markel wills his ability to be late for first period study hall to anyone who thinks they can beat his record. John Misegadis wills his voice changing technique to Coach Beveridge in carder that he may be able to sweet talk Susie and bawl out the basketball team more effectively. Doyle Misegadis wills his squirrelly personality and quickness to Coach Floro and the rest of the school and hopes they keep up the good work. Jim Quinn bequeaths his hat to David From in hopes that it will keep the hair out of his eyes and make him look like a real cowboy. Gayle Sterling wills her ability to get her thumb caught in car doors, especially to Nick Kripal and also to the faculty and the underclassmen in hopes that they have enough brains not to do the same thing. Bev Theis wills Mike Behrends her 3-inch hems to sew on his pants so they finally meet his socks. She also wills Mr. B. some of her sanity since she caused her to lose a great portion of it. Marilyn Vosika wills her ability to study to Donald Soucie in hopes that he will leam to read. We, the Senior Class of 1971, because of our absence in the future will the office of Superintendent back to Mr. Thompson, and to the student council a new milk machine. GRADUATION “1971”
