Panther Lodgepole Public Schools Lodgepole, Nebraska Foreword We, the students of Lodgepole High School, have had but a short while to linger here; but the time has provided us with many cherished and unforgettable experiences, which we feel will indeed serve as stepping stones for all our future endeavors. The beauty and majesty of our school will forever leave an imprint on our minds and hearts. But most of all, Lodgepole High School will be remembered for having served, for many of us, as our first true example of high quality education. The administration and faculty have been of the highest caliber and have never failed to meet the ever-changing demands made upon them. We students have been in capable hands; we are confident in what lies ahead, for we have been given a good start. Our Dedication to You It is not what he has, nor even what he does, which directly expresses the worth of a man, but what he is ... Dedicated to Mr, Collison, who is an example of today-well-lived! LOOK TO THIS DAY Look to this day! For it is life, the very life of life .,. For yesterday is already a dream, and tomorrow is only a vision; But today, well lived, makes every yesterday A dream of happiness, and every tomorrow a vision of hope. From the Sanskrit Administration To The Class of 1969 - Will Rogers once said America Is a Land of Opportunity, and Don’t Ever Forget It.” This is a Great Country and It is not yet the Splendid Place it can be. There is much yet to be accomplished. I challenge each of you to put forth your greatest effort, to face the future with courage, to be creative and energetic, and to continually build character. I hope that each of you will set high goals and strive to achieve them. The Faculty of the Lodgepole Public Schools and I wish you the 'greatest of success in the future and hope that you have the opportunities and the desire to contribute to this great country of ours.
