Felix Sutherland and Gerald Tremain joined us in our senior year. Felix was an exchange student from Costa Rica. We enjoyed having him in our class. During our junior year the junior and senior banquet and our class play highlighted the events for the year. Our senior year was one enjoyed by all. We put on a class play, went on Sneak Day, had a class breakfast, edited the school paper, and published our annual, THE PANTHER. Looking back from 1946-1958 it seems a long twelve years but with a sigh, each of us looks upon these years as memories that will be cherished for years to come. 'ZVtCl We, the senior class, will all our happy memories and all our friends to the underclassmen, hoping they take advantage of them. We also would like to will all our typing paper to the juniors. Here are what the Seniors that graduated in 1958 are doing now. ARDENA RICHARDS is in Oklahoma now. She is an old maid school teacher, teaching the children of some of Oklahoma’s richest oil tycoons. Rumors are she has already made her first million. BURT BONDEGARD is married now and lives in the CENTER of New York City, and believe it or not, he has his own dance studio. It's called 'Burt's Ballet and Dance Studio. He and his wife have 8 small Bondegards. CAROLYN BORM is now teaching in District 376 in the Nebraska sand hills. She has 14 pupils and teaches grades 1 to 10. LESLIE JURGENS joined the Navy soon after graduation and is on the ship U.U.S. Sunfish, making a SPEEDY trip under the polar ice cap. He also has his own radio show, called Lightning Happy Les. PATTY SHERIDAN is now Dean of Women at Midland College. She is still looking for her one and only, while striving for her other lifelong ambition, to be the first woman President of the United States. RODNEY HORST is now a minister in the darkest part of Darkest Africa. ” He preaches daily to the pigmies. MARVIN JUEDES is a prominent wheat farmer in western Nebraska. He is also part-owner of Gill's Recreation in Ovid, Colorado, and does some architectural work. DALE KASTENS entered the ministry soon after graduation, and is now preaching in Back Woods, Tennessee. He and his wife, Daisy, also raise ducks on their farm. DENNIS RENTZ and his classmate, REUBEN QUINN, joined the French Foreign Legion, and are now stationed somewhere in the Sahara Desert. REUBEN has also made a world record of being the first person to fly around the world in a jet-propelled Chevrolet. ARLENE OLIVERIUS went to California soon after graduation and became an airline stewardess. She now has her own radio program where she is a very popular Disc Jockey. She is noted for having played nothing but Elvis Presley records for 7 days, 3 hours, and 6 minutes. DOROTHY BROWN went to business school in Denver. She is a very efficient typist and because of her ability is now private secretary to the President of the United States. KENT WISE, for his acting ability, went to Hollywood where he has been making pictures with Natalie Wood. He was named. THE MOST ELIGIBLE BACHELOR OF 1978. LAWRENCE THEIS and DORIS FRAASS are now the owners of the Finch Drug Co. Doris is boss of the business. Lawrence is Sheriff of Lodgepole, and together they are working on a missile to the moon. FELIX SUTHERLAND returned to Costa Rica soon after graduation. He is now training Mexican jumping beans for the 1982 Bean Olympics. KEITH WISE is now married and has 4 small children, two of which are twins. He is playing football for the University of Kansas. He has also spent some time in Alaska training penguins. JACKIE LINDLEY is on the U. S. Olympics team running the 100-yard dash and the women's high hurdles. She had to build a new mansion in Beverly Hills to hold her 33 cats and many trophies. JANET HOKOM is playing the piano at the Golden Spur in Las Vegas. She creates and styles all dresses used in the show. TERRY HAFER is now a very brilliant math teacher. He has made his greatest accomplishment in his pupils which consist of dogs and ponies. They can now count to 4. MARY JO LUXA is married now and she has so many children the graduation class of 1958 gave her a filing cabinet to keep track of them. In her spare time she does nursing for the town of Lodgepole. We had a wonderful time, so we decided to gather in another 10 years to see what our former class-mates will be doing in 1988.
