 THE HALLS OF LODGEPOLE Tune: The Halls of Ivy Oh, we love the Halls of Lodgepole And the friends we leave behind, Our friendships will continue Tho' more new friends we find. To the hallowed Halls of Lodge pole Every voice will bid farewell, And to the teachers, Whose patience and help has been swell. Out of school life. Into life's school — 16 the Motto of the class of '53 So good-by we will say. Until another day, f.hen we'll return in heart and memory to— The cherished Halls of Lodgepole, where we've lived and learned to know, That thro' the years we'll see you In the sweet afterglow.
