DEDICATI HE year 1948 may be registered in the annals of history as one of the most signifi- cant mile posts in the development of World affairs. The Class of 1948 is cognizant of the importance of the creation and success of a vehicle in world government to guar- antee unity and peace to mankind. The United Nations is a vital step toward the ultimate goal. We fervently hope for the materialization of the ideal it represents, that all peoples and nations shall live and Work together in the bonds of universal harmony and peace. We dedicate this year- book to the highest of all aspirations, the Parliament of man, the Federation of the world. 2
