The Hi Jinlcs parfy provided an excellenf fime wifh delicious refresh- menfs included. Af Visalia Union High School fhe Girls' League Convenfion was held on November 16. Hauley Mae Simpson and Dolores l-lunfer were our official delegafes. The Charify Ball was held in December and a large variefy of food and clofhing was collecfed and disfribufed fo needy families. On April 22, fhe girls blossomed ouf in fheir colorful spring dresses as fhaf day was Blossom Day. The mosf imporfanf day of fhe year came in May when fhe girls invifed fheir mofhers fo fea. The programs for regular meefings evolved from fhe fheme, Developmenf of a Pleasing Personalifyf' The subiecf of fhe Freshmen was friendship: fhe Sophomores, efiqueffe: fhe Juniors, healfhi and fhe Seniors, dress.
