l VVE CHAFRIVIING SENIOFRS THE UPPEIPOLASSMEN FAKE CHARGE OF THE 86-7 SCHOOL YEAR. The graduating class of '87 has achieved memo- rable feats throughout the school year by dis- playing outstanding qua- lities and characteristics which contributed great style to Live Oak High School. The tremendous task of promoting school spirit and loyalty began in the days of Sophomore life, and continued through Junior achieve- ment. Now, with three won- derful years behind us, the Senior Class struts a reputation as being supe- rior to all Acorns. Spirit 14 SENIORS Week awarded the Sen- ior Class as Rank iifl and proved to the student body their inexhaustible energy and enthusiasm. Many temptations pre- sented detours, however, Seniors '87 everywhere kept right on track. Our football team completed the season with victory and an alltime demon- stration of superb athletic ability. Known as the class with style , Acorns '87 began the academic year with chauffeur-dri- ven limousines delivering several beauties to the Live Oak campus. ln addi- tion to beauty, we also have brains. Many of the graduating seniors were faced with life- time deci- sions concerning careers and college. Applications for Admissions to Universi- ties and Colleges were coupled with Scholarship Requirements and of course, the inevitable high grade point average necessary to achieve our goals. As future leaders of tomorrow, counseling and intensive thought were dedicated to the graduating process. Homework seemed never to end. School dances seemed to come and go so quickly. Senior portraits were difficult to select and our teachers seemed to enjoy -our continual striving towards gradu- ation. Our togetherness proved that team effort can afford success. We shall live by this philosophy in the years ahead to provide our community and society with mature adults. Live Oak Acorns '87 forever. The class with class! i l
