On Honor’s Day, eight seniors received scholarships for their accomplishments. Some received a scholarship to colleges in or near the Gadsden area. Others received a cash schol- arship from different organizations to the college of their choice. NATIONAL HONOR SOCIETY TAP-IN As each senior member prepared to sur- prise their respective inductees, the stu- dents body’s anxiety to see which students would join the society grew more and more. One by one, each new member signed the roll until, finally, all the new names were made known, and the new Honor Society joined together for a picture. 39
