TO THE STUDENTS OF LITCHFIELD As Editor of the Talon Yearbook I have been a part of Litch- field’s annual staff since 1976 when our first yearbook was pub- lished. The work it takes to publish Talon is almost impossible to describe. I have written and drawn every page of this yearbook myself over the summer working on it as much as nine hours a day non-stop. The reason I had no help is because the rest of the staff sold themselves to death to finance the cost of publishing which was approximately seven and a half thousand dollars. A yearbook this size with countless pages of special effects is expensive and filled with detailed, time consuming work. To insure an early fall delivery for Talon ’79, please support the year- book staff whole-heartedly, your support does not end with your subscription. Susan Dodson
