Williams, we made elaborate plans for the year, ever aware that should we complete than ue would be considered the most outstanding group ever known in Great wisdom. Elaine Brown, secretary of EEe Siler Class, editor of the Hilltop Kitten, mmber of the National Honor society, W. Van Buren, treasurer of'T'xiE Sen:l.or Class, president of the Student Council, member of the National Honor societyi Berta Crue, assistant secretary of the Senior Class, member of the National Honor society, Eloise savage, menber of the Student Council, secretary to the Comercial club, contestant for 'Miss Hilltop Echolg J. Cspelton and T. BPOHU, co-captains of the basketball team: S. Riclmond, leader of the Hajorettesg Ella Nichols, president of the Dramatics Clubg Barbara Haniiman, heroine of the Christmas play and menber of the Chorus. In addition se are equally proud of having eight Seniors in the Dramatics Club and nine in the School Chorus. Today as we stand on the threshold of a never life, looking back over our tour years in this Great Land, we are indeed grateful for the knowledge we have gained through all our nam and varied experiences. In Jlms, 1953, as we take off on the transport Plane of Higher Learn- ing for the Land of Greater Wisdom, we shall cherish in our hearts every memory of L. U.
