The committee also aided the Junior American Red Cross by making layettes. slippers. and gift boxes for other countries. W Fricnlislrip Promoters Charlene Russell was a busy gal guiding her active Friendship Come mittee Workers, These girls planned gaily decorated Friendship tables in the lunchroom, worked hard to create a friendly atmosphere and made tags shaped like rattles for United Clubs' Week. g...1 Scrapbook Scramlalers The party favors, pictures and newspaper clippings of this year that adorn the Girls' Club scrapbook were carefully placed there by members of the Extensions committee. They are responsible for gathering those articles and placing them in appeal- ing Ways in the scrapbook. The com- mittee Was headed by Pat Ostrom. Sprucing Up The Girls' Club The Art committee. under the chairmanship of Susan Wood. spent their year contributing to the at- mosphere and friendliness of Girls' Club. Among their activities were painting the mirror in the G.
