Norman Ikola, John Harney, Rodney lkola, Bradley McKinstry. JUNICR CLASS HISTCRY In the fall of 1951 thirty-five freshmen came back to school. They were feeling pretty old being in the Senior High. The class officers chosen that year were: Randy Roen, presidentg Ronald Liikala, vice-presidentg Gail Nickila. secretaryg and Mary Ann Johnson, treasurer. Mr. Hakala was our class advisor. For Student Council the class elected Barbara Norgorden and Richard Terway. After three very short months of vacation we came back to school as sophomores. Our class advisors that year were Mr. Saksa and Mr. Knuti who helped considerably in the planning of our very successful Sok Hop . Randy Roen was chosen for presidentg Leona Liupakka for vice-president: Marlene Lyytinen for secretary, and Mary Ann Johnson for treasurer. Richard Terway and David Mattinen were elected to be our representatives for the Student Council. In the fall of 1955 a carefree class was enrolled in Esko High School. They are known as the Juniors. The class officers we have elected are: Randy Roen, presidentg Ronald Liikala, vice-presidentg Barbara Burggraff, secretaryg and Mary Ann Johnson for treasurer. For Student Council the class has elected David Mattinen, Judy Nopola, and Sherman Johnson. Our class advisors are Mr. Saksa and Mr. Ferguson. Right now the Juniors are working on Clementine . They are under the excellent direction of Mrs. Blanche Pergol. We are trying, very hard to make enough money for the Junior-Senior Prom. We're all looking forward to being Seniors! 16
