General science is taught in the junior high school grades, seven, eight and nine. Biology is taught in the sophomore year, while physics and chemistry are reserved for juniors and seniors. Science is the natural medium of teaching, in the highest and strongest manner, the great truth which is embodied in the Christian conception of entire surrender to the will of God. 23

In the senior high, the work is concentrated in one area for the entire year. The juniors are taking advanced woodworking and the seniors metal working. The senior class work is broken up into the following areas: six weeks of arc-welding, six weeks of gas welding, six weeks of lathe practice, and one semester of sheet metal.
