FFA Is Experience for Future Farmers The FFA Chapter at Ligonier is a mem- ber of the national fraternity for high school boys studying vocational agricul- ture. The boys own or keep records on at least one crop and one livestock project on their home farms. This provides for an excellent learning opportunity outside the classroom. Some of the activities we participated in, besides our regular monthly meetings, were a trip to St. Louis and the Ozarks, a trip to the International Livestock Show, a FFA basketball team, soybean and sorghum crops, and FFA judg- ing contests .
