efzvice enfefz After much prayer and an earnest desire to do some- thing in a tangible way for our boys in the armed forces, the Lord led us in securing the Los Angeles Service Center at 215-217 North Los Angeles St. Since February lst we have averaged 2,000 boys a week who have used our facilities. XY'e have material for shaves, shines, showers, writing, pressing, baggage checking and lounge room, etc. Our doors are never closed and we have 11 1 beds with fresh linen. No Morning Reveillef Groups from Angelus Temple, the Bible School and branch churches supply the fine food, including home-made cakes, pies and cookies. Vlfe have installed a six-gallon coffee urn and a soft drink dispenser. XVe also have cold milk. Our steam table is now ready for use. XVe can serve Larry Hmuerode chili, sou u, s a hetti and other hot dishes. l P 8 and the first Service Mun to enter Last, but most important, we contact many hundreds of boys with the Gospel. Thousands of tracts, and many New Testaments, with other Gospel literature, are given out. Many boys come to the knowledge of sins forgiven through Christ Jesus. Every month some 160 boys confess Salvation in jesus Christ. Many times this is the last Chris- tian contact before going across to face the enemy.
