Cheerleaders, who with the seventh grade cheerleaders direct the Pep Club composed ot members of the two classes, are Louise I 5301 ffff' ' wens, Rosemary Wheeler, Ianet likwtl nd Ioyce Ingram, The assembly program which was given in Ianuary consisted of two oneeact plays, piano numbers, and a Minstrel Show. Virginia Parrish, Tressie Leopold. univr High The Seventh grade is an exceptionally large class this year with eighty-two mem- bers, who occupy the two largest rooms ot the Iunior High School, with Miss Norton and Miss Parrish as homefroom supervisors. Boys from this grade help to make up the Iunior l-ligh football and basketball squads and are coached by Mr, Garner, The teams are backed by the Iunior l-ligh Pep Club and two sets ot cheerleaders, the seventh grade cheerleaders being Carolyn Carroll, Margaret Gauger, Carolyn Speak, and Ianet George. The class also has a good representation in the high school band. The traditional seventh grade assembly was presented in the spring.
