RICHARD KEISER PEGGY DAVIS September 7, 1941. we, the class of 44' , hopefully entered upon our high school ca- reer. We elected the following class officers: Persident, George Davidson, Vice President, Peggy Davis, Secretary, Shirley Yarnellp Treasurer, Kenneth Stewart. Our class ad- visors were Miss Park, Mr. Smith, and Mr. Snyder. We immediately began planning the big event of our Sophomore year--the Sophomore class party, which was quite a success. Throughout the year members of our class participated in the various sports and clubs of the school. September, 1942, we reassembled to be- gin the second epoch of our high school CLASS career. Then well acquainted after a year in the Senior department, we lost no time in reorganizing our class. The following class officers were elected: President, Robert Watson: Vice President, Peggy Davis: Secre- tary, Shirley Yarnellp Treasurer, George Davidson. Early in the year our president left us to join the Coast Guard, and our vice president assumed his duties. We se- lected navy blue and white for our class colors. A class meeting was held, and we began looking forward to receiving class rings, hats, and pennants, all of which were soon received and displayed about the
