ART In room 306 we enjoyed dabbling in oils, charcoals, and water colors. Due to Mr. Pelletier's courses in art, we came to appreciate the beau- ty in everything. In this class we found pleasure in develop- ing our talent—whatever in- clination we had. Whether in Italy to admire the master- pieces of Da Vinci, or France to view a Renoir, we would be able to see the beauty created from another person's thoughts. Mrs. Dorothy Gottsegen Distributive Education DISTRIBUTIVE EDUCATION In Distributive Education we learned the techniques of retailing and marketing. Already we have worked on our own. It was just a trial run—like a wooden boat with paper sails ferrying on a tiny stream. But we discovered many things on our own as well as in Mrs. Gottsegen's room. She trained us there, and then set us on a course where we could gain valuable practical experience. 30 . .this class brought home many awards in D.E. competition.
