't 49 3 vs-'Y -1 Sym Among the 'top contenders for Most Popular of the XVhen things go smoothly for the senior class it is class of 1969 are Susan Cashwell and Ricky hverhardt. usually Mrs. Iarratt, the adviser. director. and counselor senior mascots. Sometimes it seemed like an endless trail and a hopeless trek, but they fin- ally made it-Seniors at last. The journey started twelve long years ago when they entered those hard-to-remember primary grades. Pro- gressing from toy bands and operettas to more difficult activities, they made the trip up the hill to Iunior High. With this milestone behind them, they took a deep breath, crossed their fin- who's responsible. gers, and embarked for high school. After weathering the first bewilder- ing days, they discovered that it really wasn't bad at all. Then they plunged right into the thick of things, grad- ually climbing toward their respective goals. Now here they are, the road of grow- ing up behind them, the highway of life yet to he traveled. VVith the satis- faction of a job well done they can look back and say, Bon Voyage.
