The Senate and the House of Representa- tives have the power to propose and pass bills with the concurrence of the other, which they consider important to the welfare of the Student Body. The House is composed of representatives elected by the students, the Secretary-Treas- urer of each class and the Speaker of the House, who is elected by the students.
