We crowded the stage tor the traditional Freshman Recognif tion program, providing entertainment tor the upper classmen. With performance, music, and laughter, we, the class ot '59 ot Lemoore l-ligh School, were Thoroughly initiated. Election time tollowed, and we chose a hne group ot othcers to lead our class, Com- mittees were soon meeting and plans were being tormulated tor Class activities. We in- stituted the selling of miniature megaphones at basketball games for the use ot all stu- dents in the cheering section. The members of the freshman class par- ticipated in the many clubs and organiza- tions provided tor all ot the students ot the high school. We took part in talent shows, pep rally skits, choir programs, sports events, and helped out wherever and whenever we could.
