That the Sophomores might become better acquainted with their upper classmen the Seniors held their annual tea for them in October at the home of the Dean. Another event in which the Senior Girls took the initiative in building for friendship among all students at Lee was the reorganization of the Iunior-Senior Pat Club. Every lunior Girl was invited to join and a week was set aside in order that the Seniors could properly initiate the Iuniors into the club, As a final event a banquet was given at the Seminole Hotel followed by a theater party. As a community proyect the Senior Girls directed the arrangement and distribution of Thanksgiving and Christmas baskets to those families in need. At the Annual lubilee, Louisa M. Alcott's Little Women was presented. This was a great success and was repeated by request. Haskell This year, because of the large number of candidates, the Baby Generals were divided into two teams, the Blues and the Grays. This was done in order to make it possible for more boys to gain experience on the gridiron and to aid them in becoming candidates for the varsity squad. Both teams, the Blues, coached by C. R. Jury, and the Grays, coached by Winston Bridges, played in the Iunior City Conference and in spite of the division of talent, both made excellent showings. The fact that these two teams were equally divided was proved by the fact that in the two games they played against each other, the Blues won one by a score of 7-O, and the Grays won the other by the same score oi 7'U. The Baby General football team is conducted for the smaller and inexperienced candidates for football, and any boy who is not a senior is eligible to become a member of this team. 51:31 BABY GENEBAL BASKETBALL C,'u.1i'f'u1 'Welcome Shearer and C.
