This looks bad. an. 25'-Seniors all working on Bookkeeping. an. 26-Naomi and Margaret Alice seem to like to take "feet" exercise in Room H. an 27-We see some down-hearted pupils. Too bad. They ought not to have given report cards out. jan. 28-Yea, Lebanon! Let's beat Franklin. Feb. 28-Big celebration up in Assembly! Rah for teams! What's that new song, johnny. March 1-So the solemn Seniors have gone back to their childhood days! Aren't you ashamed, Seniors, to have to stay in?? It looks as if we'll lose a faculty member. Miss Strohminger has just babies' shoes! March 2-Lester: Would carbon di-sulfate dissolve the tar if I were feathered? Hawke: What, is somebody after you? Lester: No. Hawke: bought a pair of Q to be tarred and Maybe not for that reason but for something else? . March 3-Lyle Frazer, we think, would make a very good wife for Shorty. Watch out, Jerry! March 4-The gentleman in a certain scene of a icture show was bashful toward the apple of his eye when he said it with flowers-so she practically had to lay up to him. A conversation took lace in a section of the audience: Margaret Alice: My! lpnever knew any boy that acted like that! Mar Lou Woodward: So-? Margaret Alice, you gave yourself away! Is that the way you meet them at the door? March 7-Your candy was good but stale, Ruth. Tell him to watch out next time. March 8-Myra Robin surely believes in the Darwin Theory. Be careful she might ape you sometime. March 9-Third period, coming in the afternoon, spoiled several suppers. March 10-Quite a coincidence in the afternoon about a doorway. Don't blush so, Mr. Hawke. March ll--Practiced all morning on the Operetta-Coming along fine except for one or two absent marks on account of mumps and chickenpox. March 14-Operetta Practice in P. M. at Opera House. March I6 March 17 March 18 March 21 March 15- -A Hot tune in the Old Town tonite. The operetta is the main subject now. -No one seems to be able to get back into the old routine. Too much music or? -Assembly the third period. -Cold and rainy. Spring's back in hiding. Rastus just can't be quiet two seconds. Friends, students, classmates help her. March 22-Another Junior moved in 3rd Study Hall. What is this world coming to! March 23 -New Song practiced in Glee Club. March 24- Some people ramble on and on without saying anything. Ask Neva if she likes to talk with sucllgersons March 25 h! how Lebanon High loves Assemblies, but of course everyone dislikes missing classes for them. March 28-Blue seems to be the favorite color today, we wonder if there is any reason? March 29-Naomi seems to be ver elated over spring vacation, strange isn't it? March 30-Lot's of glee in assembly room this afternoon. March 31-Freshmen are busy looking up jokes for tomorrow. April 1-The Seniors are very busy, preparing for the bridge tea, some classes missed! April 4-Several persons had better take outside instruction on horses and how to halter and bridle them. April 5-College folk beginning to flock back to watch us struggle! April 6--See i you can work this one: The number of subjects in your course multiplied by one is equal to number of tests. Solve it! April 7-Some struggling to hear the groans! L HAgril 8-Basketball letters awarded! It certainly does look good to see so many "L's" around
