Members of this organization
undertake the responsibility of
constructiong a house. The project
takes about five months. To qualify
one must be at least a junior.
Progress and the end result depends
upon the output of the students.

who have a vacant period and
maintain average grades make up
the office working staff. They
answer the phone, run errands, and

Mrs. Lila Thurmond. To qualify
for the club a student must be in
his first or second year of the
language or have had two years
previously. The club is part of the
charter of the Junior Classical
The Arts and Crafts club is one
of the more active clubs at LHS.
Once a year they display their
craftwork in the library.
