The experience of the Cedar squad con- ibuted to the offensive unit which was ery successful. The explosive backfield onsisted of seniors Dale Getz, a two year iember of the L-L League All-Star team, slow right: Ed Miller, Michael Battle, and iave Hartman celebrate a victorious season by ating cake. SUPER SENIGRS Scott Kreiser, a two year Honorable Mention member of the L-L league All-Star team, and Bob Coomer. The Cedar backfield was provided with blocking with one of the largest lines in the L-L League, averaging nearly 200 lbs. The Cedar line was anchored by senior L-L League All-Star members guard Kevin Kreiser, and tackle Andy Lebo. Along with Lebo's All-Star recognition, he was nominated a Second Team All- State defensive tackle. Also on the Cedar line was senior guard Clay- ton Edwards and senior center Edward Miller. H i r saws-Q X5 , 1 s The Cedar defense was very powerful with senior ends Tony Coomer, an Honorable Men- tion member of the L-L League All-Star team, and Kevin Gibbons. The linebacker positions were filled by seniors Chip Houser, Andy Scholl, and Bob Heagy, a member of the L-L League All-Star team. The defensive backs consisted of seniors Dave Moyer, Louis Ortiz, and Robert Murphy, a member of the L-L League All-Star team and the recipient of an athletic scholarship to Mor- gan State University. The defensive line consist- ed of two-way players Clayton Edwards, Kevin Kreiser and Andy Lebo. Football 9
