SN Mark Wrggins First Division is responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the topside spaces on LEAHY. They also handle the ships underway replenishment, do the Boat Ops that bring the Mail to the ship and a multitude of other tasks. First Divi- sion works for the Boatswain Mates, the oldest and proudest Rate in the Navy.
