FDD EWUID D HE end of the School Year brings to a close an important chapter in our lives-we are about to launch ourselves, after a brief rest, into another phase possibly more important than that just finished. New friends will be made and old ones will tend to fade from our minds, not because of neglect but because further contact with them is disrupted. The OLLA PODRIDA of 1941, in which we are gathered as a body for the last time, has been constructed in hope that it will serve as a lasting bond between us classmates whom fate will soon begin to separate to the far corners of the world. We have done our best to paint a picture vivid enough to refresh a dimming mem- ory in future years. It is our hope, therefore, that you will find plea- sure and satisfaction in this fifty-seventh edition of the OLLA PODRIDA which we present in behalf of the Class of 1941. THE EDITOR
