The Liberty Memorial High School is a three story building covering the greater portion of the block bounded by Fourteenth and Fifteenth streets and by Massachusetts and New Hampshire streets. It is equipped with offices, ample classrooms, labora- tories, domestic science and art rooms, commercial art and music rooms, together with four shops, and an auditorium and a gymnasium. The building is fireproof in con- struction, beautiful in design, and serviceable from the standpoint of its educational uses. Its capacity is 1100 pupils with provision for future extensions. It is a credit to Lawrence and a model for the state. L
