The Electricians are responsible for the generating and distribution of all the ship's electricity. Their generators can generate enough electricity to supply a small town. During normal conditions they supply electricity to every space on the ship, but during battle conditions they distribute the power in such a manner that if the ship takes a hit there is minimal loss of power. If by chance a section of the ship is damaged, the Electricians can reroute the electricity around the damaged area and supply it to vital equipments. T Most weapons systems and the bridge need to know our exact course and speed. This is where the Interior Communication Technicians come in. They are responsible for all the ship's gyro Compasses, telephones, sound powered phones and all of the associated equipments. During emergency conditions the IC men are ready at a moments notice to rig emergency communications circuits and assist in assessment of battle damages. These two groups of dedicated people are responsible for literally hundreds of pieces of equipment and about a hundred miles of cabling and wiring. 1 a11i'.'m -'.a
