1983 Prom rates The 1982-1983 Junior-Senior Prom, Up Where We Belong, was a night that will be remembered by all. The Grand March was held at the high school. The stage was decorated to have the appearance of walking through the clouds on a winding staircase. A standing room only crowd looked on as Lisa Simpson was crowned Prom Queen. The theme song, “Up Where We Belong”, was sung by Melissa and Tami Williams. Art Gibson escorting Sue Palko. Prom Queen Lisa Simpson.

Amy Parsha, Wayne Warfel. Getting down at the dance” Tammy Colson and her escort enjoy listening to the evening's music provided by France. A variety of activities followed the dance. The movie. An Officer and a Gentleman was shown, a hypnotist performed a show that caught everyone's attention, and many couples worked at their skills of bowling and pool. An early morning breakfast was provided for the couples by the Lord Ligonier Inn.
