CLASS HISTOKV In the year of 19 O we e 7 in the first grade They were as follows, Donald Barnhfll, Rachel Balm, Lorma Dlankenshlp, Jack Brewer, Sonya P1nelv,DonaldChy and Lorna Bae Head Donald Barnhill, Norma 'lankensh1o, and Lorna Rae Mead left us at the end of the first Prado and a the eginnlnr of tae second rade we alned 7 new students making our second grade class ll in number They were Rachel Raum, Duane R1nf,k Jack Brewer, Sonya inley, Donald Guy, James Stokes, Joan lard, lesley lithers, Earnest Storey, Rodney Storey, and hickey Frakes Miss Partha Sloan was our first and second grade teacher At the beginning of tae third grade Nesley Vithers, left which left only 9 in our class In the third grade, we built a post office and wrote letters to each other and sold Savings Stamps In the fourth grade we had ten until about the middle of the year when Rachel Baum moved away Irs, Ellis was our third grade teacher and Nrs Peebler was our hth grade teacher Vhen September of ' S rolled around we were all gl d to get back to school This y ar we v re in the fifth grade with Mrs Logsdon as our teacher In our fifth year we seemed to care more about ourselves Mrs Lopsdon always had us to ke D a health chart She had us record the number of books we read on a chart Ie were sorry to have lost Rodney and Frnest Storey that year, but were glad tc earn Donald Evans, Delores Abraham, and Pervy Bonnel as new members of the fiftl grade class During our sixth grade, Larry Lambing, lwho came from Towandal, and Vary Lou Collins :ere txe new addition to our class At the last semester ofi e grade James Stokes moved alay, leaving only 10 Hrs Logsdon was again our teach er in the sixth nrade Je all remember the way she ounished us when we needed it DICTIONARY'1l'L'!!1l When we reach d our Jr High vear there were ll in our class Ve were happy to gain a new student, Edith Bover, The rest of our class was Duane Bing, Jack Brewer, Sonya rinley, Donald Guy, Donald Vvans, Mary Lou Collins, Larry Lamblng, Mickey rrakes, Peggy Bonnell, Delores Abraham and at the las semester Billy Rice and Patsy Province The same number of students started in the 8th grade There were ll of us and we were all worrying about our Btr grade exams Edith Boyer left us at the end of the first semester 'Just luckily we all passed our 8th grade exams ' Mrs Gibson was our Tth and 8th vrade teacher U5 AS GREEN FRFSHMTN 1.
