Noi- only are we rich in mone- Tary value. bul' we also achieved many scholasTic honors and The TooTball and baslceTball Teams presenTed us wiTh league championships Tor a going away presenT. Yes, success! There is, however, a real hisTory behind our success. IT all sTarTed wiTh a big Trosh Tlop which didn'T prove very much excepT The TacT ThaT we had a preTTy peppy poTenTial. Yes, Thai' was The year of our famous Frosh Assembly-The one ThaT everybody paid To see and which resulTed in our noT having a freshman dance. BuT, did we leT our freshman year discourage us? No we dicln'T! In TacT, we surged ahead in our sophomore year wiTh a very proTiTable Sophomore Hop and some conces- sions aT The carnival. lT was, however, our junior year in which we really goT rolling. The Team losT, buT we sure didn'T-iT was a sellouTl Then There was our Junior Prom: we really worlced on iT and were rewarded wiTh an indispuTable success. When our iunior year came To a close we were loaded and Tull of class spiriT, as evidenced by The hard-Toughi' sTuclenT elecTion campaigns aT The end oT The year. Then. To boosT class spiriT even more we had a junior class picnic-all on our own. We Torgoi' abouT Term Tinals Tor one aTTernoon and had a wonderful Time swimming and sun-baThing aT Marsh Creek. Then came our senior year, and we WERE seniors. Remember Those crazy cosTumes we wore on Senior CosTume Day, and The Tun we had being quieT, Tor once. on Senior Silence Day?
