MAGIC! MAGIC! Magic! Magic! was the play presented this past fall in three evening performances. The play was directed by Mr. Haskins. Magic! Magic! is about a midwestern girl named Kaye Kaye who ventures to New York to further her studies, she becomes involved with a series of strange characters after she rents a loft in downtown Soho. These characters in- clude a punker, a very emotional landlady and her children, a oook, a cop, a florist, an Indian, a magician's assistant, several clowns, a hypnotist, a promising Texan actress who becomes her roommate, a handsome boyfriend, and a mysterious magician. A fine job was done by all of the cast members. Deb Holmberg gave an admirable performance as Kaye Kaye, while Deanne Hansen and Bob Steffen also gave fine performances as Kaye Kaye's roommate Floni and Kaye Kaye's boyfriend Bob. Other outstanding performances were by Rhonda Brancecum as Kaye Kaye's landlady, Doug Schuler as Muldoon, and Cathy Blackwell as Massa Cazzo. 'Q fri' -5-QU' .ff A . if - Q I . ? '.
