HCME ECO OMIC The Home Economics Department offers girls a chance to increase their skills in cooking, sewing, and general homemak- ing. In Clothing I and II girls learn all the stages of clothing construction and have a chance to participate in the annual fashion show. In Cooking I and II they learn to prepare meals that are tasty as Well as nutritious. F OREIC LANGUAGE The Foreign Language Department offers students a choice of two languages, French or Spanish. Students can pursue the study of a language for one to live years. They not only learn to speak the language Well, but they also learn the histories and customs of the countries Where these languages are spoken.
