HCME ECO OMIC The Home Economics Department offers girls a chance to increase their skills in cooking, sewing, and general homemak- ing. In Clothing I and II girls learn all the stages of clothing construction and have a chance to participate in the annual fashion show. In Cooking I and II they learn to prepare meals that are tasty as Well as nutritious.
