ADMI I TRATIO This year the Administration at Lansdowne consisted of three very devoted men: Mr. Ness - Principal, and Mr. Buchheister and Mr. Ferruso, the Vice Principals. Mr. Ness has been with the Baltimore County Board of Education since 1950. As principal, his schedule keeps him very busy. Mr. Nessis main interest is the total education of the student body. He hopes to see all the students of Lansdowne increase their concern about the school. Mr. Buchheister, a native of Baltimore County, at- tended Polytechnic Institute and the University of Mary- land. He is in charge of grades ten and twelve. He makes arrangements for all student activities such as field trips and assemblies and he also is in charge of schedule arrangements. This year, Lansdowne welcomed a new Vice Princi- pal, Mr. Ferruso. Mr. Ferruso likes to refer to himself as an adopted, Viking. He has been employed by the Baltimore County Board of Education for 15 years. He came to us from Catonsville Senior High, where he was the Social Studies Department Chairman. Before that, he was Vice Principal of Catonsville Iunior High. Mr. F erruso is in charge of grades nine and eleven. He ar- ranges for transportation, insurance and all books and supplies. O.
