TACE CRE AND USHER The Stage Crew and Ushers play an important part in all drama performances at Lansdowne. The Stage Crew designs and builds sets for the many productions that take place during the year. The Ush- ers collect tickets, give directions and help the audience in any way they can during assemblies and drama productions. BAND it The band played an important part in the events that took place at Lans- downe this year. In school the band performed at football and basketball games. They played at special assem- blies, pep rallies, and at the Mid-Winter Concert. The band re- ceived the honor of performing at a Clipper hockey game. STUDE T COU CIL The Student Council is one of the most influential bodies in our school, and one of the largest. Its elected officers and representatives have the job of making our school better for both the students and the faculty. The Student Council has sponsored the Back to School Dance, the Turkey Shoot, the Toys for Tots Drive, the Christmas Dance, and many other activi- ties. This year's Turkey Shoot and Toys for Tots Drive were the most successful ever. A new committee formed by this year's Council is the Pride Committee. Its aim is to clean up the school. Our Student Council President, Don Hladky, takes time oif from his Council Work to enjoy a ride on a tricycle received in our Toys for Tots Drive.
