F.H.A. Convinces Teachers of Culinary Talent The teachers were the special guests of Mrs. Holloway and the Future Homemakers at a tea in the Home Economics room. The refreshments were prepared by the members of the club. No one got food poisoning so the members are on their way to becoming hostesses! All of the teachers were delighted to take off a moment from their classes to celebrate the next-to-last day of school before the Christmas holidays. , A M f M - . 5, K 1 , V ,.,,'iL' s. X

B L.- Choir Presents Christmas Concerts The Chamber Choir spent two days before Christmas singing at the four Bessemer Middle Schools. They sang traditional carols and choral arrangements for the pleasure of their young listeners. They also performed for the elderly at one of the area's nursing homes. The choir has really worked this year to bring good quality choral music to Lanier. Also in preparation for the Christmas season, the Student Action for Education committee decorated the tree in the front hall near the office . It was a reminder to all who saw it that Christmas was near.
