From seven in the morning until three- thirty in the afternoon, the Lane HALL- GUARDS maintain a constant surveillance over the corridors, preventing any infractions of school law. Although this year's guard en- rollment exceeds the one thousand mark, each boy gets individual duties consisting of cam- pus rover beats, locker checks, or hall duty. Co-operation and a sense of responsibility on the part of each guard helps to keep the group running smoothly and efficiently.
